To #51744: You can try emailing transcript@nus.edu.sg On the side note, maybe it differs for institutions but the graduate school I'm applying to requires me to mail in my official transcript (for my exchange semester) in a sealed envelope from the school. I would assume this is the usual practice, so I'm not sure if an unofficial transcript would suffice for your application...perhaps you should check with the graduate school you are applying to:) All the best anyways!
